The Liz Keough Orchestra will play an 80-minute set to a carnival silent film montage at the Karl Stirner Arts Trail on Sept. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

Artists from LEE Services in Phillipsburg (supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities) painted images on June 17. Rotary and Kiwanis volunteers helped.
